By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following prayer:- “It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be kind enough to call the entire record relating to W.P.(C) No.6421/2024 in the matter of Baba Jagannath Baijnath Global V. State of Chhattisgarh and others, or any other record as the Hon'ble Court may feel is necessary for the proper adjudication of the present Application. This Hon'ble Court may be kind enough to pass an order directing the compliance of the order dated 26.06.2024 in case of W.P.(C) No. 6421//2024 in the matter of 'Baba Jagannath Baijnath Global. V. State of Chhattisgarh and others (ANNEXURE C/1) passed by this Hon'ble High Court and direct the respondents/contemnors to disburse the undisputed claim amounting to Rs 01,18,16,432/- and punish the erring officer under Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, for wilfully flouting the order of Hon'ble Court. This Hon'ble Court also kind enough to provide the cost of litigation expenses to the present applicant in lieu of the delay caused by respondent over a span of time.” 2. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that in compliance with the order of this Court dated 02.01.2025 passed in WPC No. 6421/2024 a cheque bearing No. 000051 dated 21.04.2025 3 amounting to Rs.1,13,96,682/- has been issued in favour of the petitioner and thus the order of this Court has been complied with. 3. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the respondents, the notices issued to the respondents are hereby purged and accordingly the instant contempt petition stands disposed of.
