This Court, vide order dated 21.08.2024, passed in MCRC No. 5524 of 2024, while allowing the bail to the applicant, namely, Narendra Kumar Karsh @ Chotu had expressed its trust that the trial Court should make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the order, if there was no legal impediment. 3. The learned Special Judge, (NDPS Act), Balodabazar District- KUNAL DEWANGAN Digitally signed by KUNAL DEWANGAN 2 Balodabazar-Bhatapara (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 14.02.2025 has requested for grant of two months time for concluding the trial. 4. It transpires from perusal of the PUD that the case is at the stage of prosecution evidence and further two prosecution witnesses are left to be examined. Hence the conclusion of the trial is likely to take some more time therefore, he prays for grant of two months time for concluding the same. 5. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment. 6. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction. 7.
