This Court vide order dated 30.04.2024 issued card notices to the petitioners to engage another counsel due to death of Sri K.P. Singh, Advocate. 4. The office report dated 31.01.2025 provides that the notice of service upon the petitioner no.2 has returned with the remark- "Recipient lives somewhere else." and in respect of petitioner nos.1, 3 and 4, the card notice has returned with the remark "Recipient is dead.". 5. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed for want of prosecution. 6. It is made open that in case any application for recall of the order is filed, the same shall be considered on its own merit.
