The District Level Committee headed by the District Magistrate had directed the Sub Divisional Magistrate/Tehsildar, Tehsil Lalganj, District Pratapgarh to forward the Income Certificate of the deceased to the Insurance Company concerned. Learned counsel for the Insurance Company, Sri Tarun Kumar Misra says that this formality is to be completed by the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Lalganj, District Pratapgarh and as soon as this is done, the due amount will be paid to the petitioner. We dispose of this Writ Petition with direction to the Sub Divisional Magistrate/Tehsildar, Tehsil Lalganj, District Pratapgarh to communicate the Income Certificate pertaining to the deceased to the Insurance Company i.e. opposite party No.3 positively within three weeks and as soon as the said certificate is received by the opposite party No.3, the requisite amount, payable to the petitioner, shall be released at the earliest, say, within the next three weeks.
