The grievance raised by the petitioner is that she has not been paid remuneration for the services rendered between 2.9.2024 to 10.2.2025, therefore she has sought a direction to the competent authority to release the arrear of remuneration with interest @ 9 per cent per annum. (3) Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has made a representation to Principal Judge, Family Court, Haridwar on 18.2.2025, however decision thereupon has not been taken so far. (4) Learned State Counsel fairly submits that Principal Judge concerned be directed to take decision on petitioner’s representation. (5) Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of with a direction to Principal Judge, Family Court, Haridwar to consider and decide petitioner’s representation dated 18.2.2025, as per law, within six weeks from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
