Lone, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner fairly submits that the petitioner has filed a writ petition before the Apex Court which was listed on 03.05.2025 and the same was directed to be listed today. Mr. G. A. Lone, learned counsel have been informed by his client that the writ petition was listed before the Apex Court today and the Apex Court has been pleased to pass an order, the relevant portion whereof is taken note of herein below: “Keeping in view the peculiar facts and circumstances of this case, the authorities are directed not to take any coercive action against the petitioners till an appropriate decision is taken in the matter. However, if the petitioners are dissatisfied with the final decision that may be taken by the respondent-authorities, liberty is granted to them to approach the Jammu and Kashmir High Court. Ordered accordingly.” In the light of the statement made by Mr. G. A. Lone, learned counsel for the petitioner and also in the light of the orders passed by the Apex Court mentioned supra, nothing remains to be adjudicated any further in the instant writ petition. Accordingly, proceedings in the instant petition are closed. The writ petition is, as such, disposed of along with all connected applications. The statement made by Mr. G. A.
