None appears for the petitioner to press the present petition which is of the year 2016. The record indicates that vide order dated 18.05.2013, the Trial Court had rejected the application of the petitioner for appointment of an Advocate Commissioner. This application came to be rejected which was further assailed in a revision which also mate the same fate and it is in this view that the two orders dated 03.07.2016 and 06.02.2016 are under challenge before this Court. The record further indicates that mere notices were issued to the private respondent no. 3. None has appeared either on behalf of the petitioner or for the private respondents and from the perusal of the material available on record it appears that the writ petition must have lost its efficacy for the reason that only an interlocutory order was under challenge relating to the year 2013 and 2016 respectively and since there was no interim order by the Court, the suit itself may have been decided either way. In view of the aforesaid and in absence of the petitioner, the petition is dismissed for want of prosecution. Consigned to records.
