The office report dated 28.11.2024 provides that the card notices were issued to the petitioner to engage another counsel. As per other report dated 04.02.2025, card notice sent to the petitioner through registered post has returned with the remark that the 'recipient is dead'. 5. There is no application for substitution nor any counsel is present to press the writ petition. 6. In view of above, the writ petition is dismissed as abated.
