Having heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties, and having perused the order dated 26.03.2025, the Court is of the considered opinion that in the said order, it had already been expressed that all rights and contentions of the parties, in relation to the claims/counter-claims are kept open, and the same is to be decided by the learned Arbitrator on their own merits, in accordance with law.
