Petition has been filed challenging order dated 04.10.2024 whereby application given for change of place of Kendriya Vidayalay pertaining to the petitioner has been rejected. 3. Learned counsel for opposite parties no.2 and 3 has raised a preliminary objection regarding maintainability of this petition in view of the fact that petition has been filed on behalf of minor indicating her aunt as a next friend while her parents admittedly are still alive and residing in Bihar. 4. In view of such an objection being raised, learned counsel for petitioner on the basis of instructions seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh. 5. In view such submission, petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
