(Oral) Applicant is in judicial custody in Case Crime No. 26 of 2023, under Section 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B IPC, Police Station Kotwali Shyampur, District Haridwar. He has sought his release on bail. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 3. This is second bail application of the applicant. His first bail application was dismissed as withdrawn on 22.02.2024. 4. It is argued that the co-accused having similar role has already been granted bail by the Hon’ble Supreme Court. 5. This fact is admitted by learned State counsel. 6. Having considered, this Court is of the view that it is a case fit for bail and the applicant deserves to be enlarged on bail. 7. The bail application is allowed. 2 8. Let the applicant be released on bail, on his executing a personal bond and furnishing two reliable sureties, each of the like amount, to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
