By this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following main reliefs :- "(i). issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the order dated 07.02.2001 along with charge sheet of the same date (Annexure 4 and 5 to the writ petition ; (ii). issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties not to give the effect of order dated 7.2.2001 passed by respondent no. 1." By this writ petition the petitioner had challenged the suspension order. it appears that by efflux of time, the petitioner has lost interest in the matter to pursue the case as such the petition has rendered infructuous. Accordingly, the writ petition being infructuous is consigned to record. Interim order, if any, stands discharged.
