It is observed that the petitioner has neither made an application for the issuance of patta nor paid the necessary fee. Without submitting the application and paying the requisite fee, the petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition. Therefore, this Writ Petition cannot be entertained. 3. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed, with liberty to the petitioner to make an application for issuance of patta, if so advised.
