The contempt application has been filed for non-compliance of the order passed by this Court dated 22.11.2023 in Matters Under Article 227 No.6499 of 2023. 3. From the perusal of the order sheet, it is apparent that on 11.11.2024 the arguments were heard and file was kept for delivery of order. It appears that in the meantime officer concerned has been transferred and new incumbent has joined. Since the new incumbent has joined very recently in December, 2024, therefore, this contempt application is being disposed of with direction to the opposite party to comply with the order dated 22.11.2023 passed by this Court in Matter Under Article 227 No.6449 of 2023 within a period of four weeks. 4. With the aforesaid direction, the contempt petition is disposed of.
