However, in view of the averments made in the application for condonation of delay in removing the objections, the same is allowed and delay, as such, in re-filing of the appeal is condoned. It is brought to our notice that there is stay order passed on 13.01.2023 in the connected appeal, i.e. LPA No.11 of 2023 and counsel for H.P. University submits that the said stay is in effect since necessary benefits have not been granted as per judgment of the learned Single Judge. 6. Accordingly, stay shall continue to remain in force during the pendency of the present appeal also. LPA No.11 of 2023, CWP No.1713 of 2023 and LPA Filing No.13678 of 2023 7.
