This Court vide order dated 25.11.2014 issued notice to the petitioner to engage another counsel due to death of Sri K. P. Singh, Advocate, who was earlier appearing for the petitioner. The office report dated 29.05.2015 shows that neither any undelivered card notice has been received back nor any Power on behalf of the petitioner has been filed. As per Rules of the Court, the service of card notice upon the petitioner is deemed to be sufficient. Taking into consideration the fact that the matter is an old one pertaining to the year 1992 and even on the revised call, no one appears to press this petition,hence the writ petition deserves to be dismissed for want of prosecution. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
