The petitioner a guarantor wants to deposit the loan amount without prejudicing her rights to claim the same from the borrower, however, she feels handicapped on account of a wrong amount being shown by the Bank as the due amount, as claimed by her. 3. Counsel for the Bank disputes the aforesaid. 4. Nevertheless, let the application of the petitioner be processed by the concerned Branch officials of the Bank and a decision be taken accordingly communicating the exact amount due to the petitioner so that she may do the needful or challenge the same if there is any remedy prescribed. Let this be done within at the earliest, say, within four weeks of the receipt of certified copy of this order. 5. The petition is disposed of.
