Learned Standing Counsel has instructions to inform the Court that a road is not being constructed on the land rather underground water pipe is being laid and ultimately, the surface would be leveled. In view of this statement, nothing survives for adjudication. It is also said that regarding the Rasta some case is pending under Section 133 Cr.P.C. We are not concerned with it. If the petitioner has any cause in future, he can avail the remedies prescribed as otherwise any dispute pertaining to Abadi land is not amenable to writ jurisdiction and the remedy would be before the civil court unless he has any grievance with regard to Gharauni which may have been prepared then he can approach the revenue courts if otherwise permissible in law.
