No. 28651 of 2025, which stood dismissed due to non- compliance of order dated 04.07.2025. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to misconception of dates, necessary requisites could not be filed within the stipulated time period i.e. till 18.07.2025 as per order dated 04.07.2025 but the same has been substantially complied with on 04.08.2025. 4. In view of the aforesaid submission, this restoration Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64052 of 2025(2) dt.16-10-2025 2/2 petition is allowed, subject to condition that petitioner shall deposit Rs. 5,000/- (Five thousand) in the office of Patna High Court Legal Services Committee, Patna. 5.
