The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). To direct the o.p. no. 1 for deciding the Case No. 2162 of 2022, Vinay Mohan Vs. Nidhi Singh Rajpoot, under Section 12(1)(b) of Hindu Marriage Act pending in the Court of Additional Principal Judge (Ist), Family Court, Lucknow." 3. Considering the fact that the case is pending since the year 2022, the applicant may move an appropriate application before the trial Court for expeditious disposal. In case such an application is filed, the same shall be disposed of in accordance with law. 4. The writ petition is finally disposed of in terms of above.
