Commissioner Judicial, Ayodhya Region, Ayodhya And 6 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Amit Kumar Singh,Sneha Singh Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Jaspreet Singh,J. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners. Notice on behalf of the respondents No.1 to 4 has been accepted by the office of the Chief Standing Counsel. By means of the instant petition, the petitioners submit that a revision has been filed in the month of November, 2024 along with an application for interim relief against an order passed in mutation proceedings. It is urged that the said revision including the application for interim relief has not yet been considered and there is an apprehension that in case the said application for interim relief is not considered at an early date the purpose of the revision stand frustrated. Considering the aforesaid submissions and the nature of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is of the opinion that no gainful purpose will be served in keeping the aforesaid petition pending, accordingly, notice to the private-respondents No.4 to 7 is dispensed with. It is provided that the Court of the respondent No.1 shall consider the revision as well as the application for interim relief for the purposes of admission on the next date fixed or in case if it is not possible then within a period of two weeks thereafter after affording full opportunity of hearing to the parties, but without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. This Court also notices the fact that in Paragraph-15 of the instant petition it has been clearly stated that the private-respondents in the instant petition, who are the respondents in the revision and were caveators therein, already stand represented. Hence, there can be no cause for any delay as such as the parties are already represented before the revisional Court. It is made clear that the Court has not examined the case of either of the parties on merits and the Court concerned shall consider and decide the application for interim relief and take up the matter for admission of the revision as aforesaid. With the aforesaid, the petition is disposed of. Order Date :- 10.1.2025 Rakesh/- Digitally signed by :- RAKESH PRAJAPAT High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, Lucknow Bench
