Heard Shri Niteesh Kumar, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Diwakar Singh, the learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. By means of the instant writ petition, the petitioner has sought issuance of writ of mandamus for payment of pension and other post retiral dues. 3. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner has confined his submissions for issuance of a direction to the Chairman, Board of Revenue for passing appropriate orders on the representation dated 12.08.2024, a copy whereof is annexed as Annexure No.7 to the writ petition. 4. The learned Standing Counsel does not oppose this limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 5. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of by permitting the petitioner to make a fresh comprehensive representation to the Chairman, Board of Revenue, Lucknow, U.P. raising all his grievances, within a one week from today along with a certified copy of this order. In case the petitioner makes any such representation within the aforesaid period, the Chairman, Board of Revenue, Lucknow, U.P. shall pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt thereof. 6.
