The Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Bhiti, District Ambedkar Nagar has provided a written instructions to Shri Manish Mishra, learned Standing Counsel on the basis of which he submits that the name of the petitioner is not recorded in respect of the land in question and her husband is still alive, therefore, this petition at her behest is not maintainable. No reason has been given as to why this petition has been filed by the wife. Moreover, it is informed that no interference is being made by the official opposite parties in the land of the petitioner's husband. Further no house is existing on the land in question.
