No. 36273 of 2025 by which the petitioners have been granted anticipatory bail. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are labourers and, after filing this application, they went to the State of Punjab for earning their livelihood, and in spite of their regular inquiries, the pairvikar of their case did not communicate the order dated 20.06.2025. No.75918 of 2025(2) dt.07-11-2025 2/2 to their native place on the eve of Durga Puja and contacted their lawyer, then only they came to know that their anticipatory bail application i.e., Cr. Misc.
