Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel. 2. The present petition has been filed challenging the orders of allotment of the fair price shop dated 28.02.2024 and 11.08.2024 passed in favour of the respondent no.5, without allegedly considering the Government Order dated 28.10.2020. 3. Learned Standing Counsel raises an objection that an appeal lies against the aforesaid orders of allotment. 4. Upholding the said submissions, the present petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to prefer an appeal. In case, such an appeal is preferred within 15 days from today, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law with all expedition preferably within a period of three months from the date of presentation of the appeal.
