Date : 22.01.2025.
None appears for the petitioner on call. Ms. A. Gayan, learned CGC is present for the respondent Nos.1 & 2 and Mr. N. Kalita, learned counsel appears on behalf of Mr. A. Kalita, learned standing counsel is representing the respondent No.3. This Court on 06.01.2025, observed that if the petitioner is not represented on the next date fixed, appropriate order would be passed, as none had represented on that day despite notice being served on the petitioner on withdrawal of the earlier set of counsel. Having noticed above, it appears that the petitioner is no-longer interested to pursue the matter. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
