Specific prayer has been made through the instant petition that a direction be issued to the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-10, Allahabad/Prayagraj to decide the discharge application of the present petitioner pending before him since 06.03.2014 in Case No. 437 of 2006 (State Versus Anil Kumar and Others), expeditiously. 3. By bare perusal of the order sheet pertaining to aforesaid case, it is transpired that the matter has been posted over the next date in majority of the dates. No substantial order has been passed till date and the discharge application of the present petitioner is pending since 06.03.2014. 4. In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, learned Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-10, Allahabad/Prayagraj is hereby directed to expedite the discharge application of the present petitioner pending before him since 06.03.2014 in Case No. 437 of 2006 (State Versus Anil Kumar and Others) preferably within a period of 4 months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment and without extended any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. Both the parties are hereby directed to extend full cooperation to the concerned court for achieving the directions as made above. 5. The instant petition stands disposed of accordingly.
