Uttarakhand Khadi and Gramodyog Board, Dehradun moved an application for withdrawal of the Special Appeal (IA/6013/2025). 2. In paragraphs 3 & 4 of the Application, it is stated that benefit of Government Orders dated 01.07.2013 and 31.01.2014 has been extended in favour of appellant and his salary in the matrix of 29200-92300 Level-5 has also been extended to him. Thus, appellant do not want to pursue the matter any further. 3. For the reasons indicated, Withdrawal Application is allowed. Special Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. 4.
