Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner. 2. The present petition has been filed challenging an order dated 12.09.2008 whereby, the impleadment application was rejected as well as the order dated 02.08.2010 whereby, the recall application was dismissed. 3. The facts in brief are that the petitioner claiming herself to be the daughter of the tenant moved an application for impleadment, which came to be rejected on the ground that the legal heirs of the tenant are on record. The recall application preferred against the said order was also dismissed. 4. Considering the law, which is well settled that after the death of the original tenant his heirs become tenants-in-common, no good ground for interference is made out. 5. The writ petition is dismissed. 6. In case, the suit, which is of the year 2003, is still pending, the same shall be decided in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order. 7. Office is directed to send a copy of this order to the concerned trial court for compliance.
