After some argument, a prayer has been made by learned counsel for the petitioner to direct the District Basic Education Officer, District Meerut to take decision in the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 05.12.2024, expeditiously. 3. On the other hand, it is argued by Sri Devesh Vikram that the concerned District Basic Education Officer will pass appropriate orders in the matter expeditiously. 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 5. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of directing the respondent no. 2/District Basic Education Officer, District Meerut to decide the aforesaid representation most expeditiously and preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of the order unless there is no legal impediment.
