The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). Issue writ, order or direction to decide the suit bearing no. 1010 of 2021 (Monu Kumar Verma Vs. Garima Rastogi) pending before Additional Principal Judge VIIIth, within stipulated time as per the time provided in Sub-Section 21-B of Hindu Marriage Act." 3. Considering the order sheet, which records that the respondents are prima facie, delaying the case, the present petition is disposed of with direction to decide the Case No. 1010 of 2021 in accordance with law without giving any unnecessary adjournment to either of the party with all expedition within the time as prescribed under Section 21-B of the Hindu Marriage Act.
