By means of the instant writ petition, the petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of his applications dated 25.7.2024 and 8.8.2024 which has been brought on record as part of Annexure No.11 ( most specifically at page 65 and 67 of the paper book). Considering the aforesaid, this court is of the opinion that no gainful purpose will be served in keeping the aforesaid petition pending rather ends of justice can be met by directing the court concerned before whom the two aforesaid applications to take the decisions if already not taken and inform the same to the petitioner, by a speaking and reasoned order, preferably within a period of two weeks.
