Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel. 2. The present application has been filed with the following prayer: "(i) issue, a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondent authorities more specially opposite party No.4 to remove/vacate unauthorized encroachment/ construction from Gata No. 1255/0.7292 Hectare situated in Village and Post- Hansaur, Block- Puredalai, Tahsil- Ramsanehi Ghat, District- Barabanki which is recorded as Gram Sabha Land in the revenue record and allotted for the purpose of plantation." 3. Learned Standing Counsel based upon instructions states that the proceedings against encroachment have already been initiated. 4. In view of above, the writ petition is disposed off with a direction to the authority concerned to conclude and decide the proceedings in accordance with law with all expedition preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. 5.
