The Union of India & Ors. Vs. Debashish Pramanick & Ors.
Mr. Ajit Kumar Chaubey
...for the Petitioners
Mr. Chiradip Sinha Mr. Siddhartha Sankar Mandal, Ms. Anurima Das Sharma
...for the Respondents
Heard learned counsel for the writ petitioner, who has empathically submitted that the applicants before the Tribunal were not in a position to claim parity with the Loco Pilots. After some arguments and going through the directions of the Tribunal contained in paragraph 7.2, the learned counsel submits that petitioners will proceed to consider the claim in accordance with law. Thus nothing survives in the writ petition. The same is accordingly disposed of.
