Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri M.A. Khan, learned counsel for the respondent and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioners challenging the orders passed under Section 21(8) of the U.P. Act No. XIII of 1972 whereby on an application filed by the landlord the rent was enhanced and ultimately in appeal, the rent was fixed as Rs.3320/- per month. 3. The document on record indicates that the rent was fixed after taking into consideration of the valuation report as submitted. No error has been found in fixing the enhanced rent, which is also sanctioned by the Section 21(8) of the U.P. Act No. XIII of 1972, as such, the writ petition is dismissed. Admittedly the petitioners have vacated the premises. 4. Office is directed to communicate this order to the concerned Court below forthwith.
