HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE FOR RAJASTHAN BENCH AT JAIPUR S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 5898/2007 Raj Kumar Sharma, Son Of Late Shri Mahavir Prasad Sharma, M.P.W. Mohalla Cheetawan, Near Police Lin, Alwar ----Petitioner Versus 1. State Of Rajasthan Through The Secretary, Medical And Health Services, Government Secretariat, Jaipur 2. The Director, Medical And Health Services, Government Of Rajasthan, Jaipur 3. The Chief Medical And Health Officer, Alwar 4. The Deputy Chief Medical And Health Officer, Family Welfare, Alwar ----Respondents For Petitioner(s) : Mr. Banwari Sharma For Respondent(s) : Mr. Prakhar Jain for Mr. Archit Bohra, AGC JUSTICE ANOOP KUMAR DHAND Order 12/03/2025 1. The instant writ petition has been preferred by the petitioner for issuing directions to the respondents for granting him terminal benefits. 2. At the outset, learned counsel for the respondents apprised this Court that during pendency of this, the relief sought for, has been granted to the petitioner, hence, under the changed circumstances, no cause of action survives with the petitioner to continue with this petition and the same has become infructuous. (2 of 2) [CW-5898/2007] 3. Considering the above, the instant writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. 4. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to file fresh petition, in case, any cause of action/grievance still survives. 5. Pending applications, if any, also stand dismissed.
