The writ petition was filed in the year 2022 and till now, the office objections are not complied. 3. On 13.06.2023, the writ petition was dismissed for non-compliance of office objections. Thereafter, the petitioner filed I.A.1/2023 seeking the Court to recall the order dated 13.06.2023. On 06.10.2023, I.A.1/2023 was allowed and the writ petition was restored to file.
