A perusal of the death certificate issued by the Vijayawada Municipal Corporation, shows that Kandula Venkata Ramu Vijay Kumar died on 24.01.2016. 4. Statement of one Kandula Padma Roja recorded by Sub-Inspector of Police, Chilakalapudi Police Station, Machilipatnam, reveals that her husband Kandula Venkata Rama Vijay Kumar died on 24.01.2016 due to Hepatitis B Positive. 5. In view of the death of the petitioner, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as abated.
