Respondent No.6, Mr. Rakesh Kumar, has stated in the open Court that in the light of the settlement that has been arrived into between him and the petitioner, he has no objection, in case, the petition is allowed, as prayed for and orders Annexure P-2, Annexure P-3 and Annexure P-5, are quashed and set aside, as prayed for. 2. In the light of the fact that the matter stands amicably settled between the parties, this petition is disposed of by setting aside orders Annexure P-2, dated 28.06.2023, Annexure P-3, dated 28.10.2024 and Annexure P-5 (colly), dated 10.03.2025 & 15.02.2025, so that now the settlement arrived into between the petitioner and private respondent, can be given effect to. 3. Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any. 4. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner informs the Court that the cost imposed upon the petitioner by the Court on 23.06.2025, has also been paid to the private respondent.
