Satyen Vaidya, Judge (Oral) By way of instant petition, petitioner has prayed for following substantive relief(s):- “ That respondent may kindly be directed to grant the scale of 37400-67000+AGP 9000 on completion of three years of service in Selection Graded, for which the applicants are legally and validly entitled for grant the same and similar benefit to the applicants which has been granted to other Assistant Librarian with all subsequent revisions with 12% interest on 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 ( 2025:HHC:7801 ) the accrued amount alongwith entire arrears, which has been allowed to their counterparts.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the issue involved in the present petition has already been settled by this Court vide judgment dated 17.10.2023, passed in CWP No. 7526 of 2021 alongwith connected matters, and the said judgment has further been affirmed by Hon’ble Division Bench of this Court, vide judgment dated 09.01.2025, passed in LPA No. 356 of 2024 alongwith connected matters. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that the petitioners shall be satisfied, at this stage, in case respondent No. 2 is directed to consider and decide the case of the petitioners in light of the aforesaid judgments in a time bound manner. 4. Prayer being innocuous is not opposed. 5. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent No. 2 to consider and decide the cases of the petitioners in light of the judgment passed in CWP No. 7526 of 2021 alongwith connected matters, as affirmed by Hon’ble Division Bench of this 3 ( 2025:HHC:7801 ) Court, vide judgment dated 09.01.2025, passed in LPA No. 356 of 2024 alongwith connected matters within eight weeks from today. 6. Needless to say that in case the petitioners herein are found similarly situated to the petitioners in CWP No. 7526 of 2021, titled as Laiq Ram Sharma and Anr. Vs. State of H.P. and Anr., they shall also be granted all the reliefs as have been granted to the petitioners in the aforesaid CWP No. 7526 of 2021. 7.
