Mathur, Sr. Advocate assisted by Mr. Sarthak Rastogi HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE ANAND SHARMA Order 27/08/2025 1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in order to seek redressal of its grievances, the petitioner has submitted representation before the Competent Authority being hopeful that any action would be taken in favour of the petitioner. Awaiting [2025:RJ-JP:34143] (2 of 2) [CW-4754/2022] decision of the representation, at this stage, the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition. 2. Learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of respondents raises objection to the prayer made by the petitioner on the ground that the representation submitted by the petitioner is misconceived and the writ petition filed by the petitioner in the present form is not maintainable. Hence, no liberty may be granted even if withdrawal of the present petition is permitted. 3. I have considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties. 4. In case, on account of some subsequent events, the petitioner intends to withdraw the writ petition, it may do so, but petitioner is not allowed to file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to file a fresh writ petition on accrual of fresh cause of action. 5. Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as mentioned above.
