The petitioner, namely, Nur Uddin, son of late Rakib Ali, resident of Tilakchand Road, P.S.-Karimganj, District- Karimganj (Sribhumi) has filed this application under Section 483, BNSS seeking bail in Special NDPS Case No. 62/2024 arising out of Karimganj P.S. Case No. 357/2024, in which he was arrested on 04.06.2024 and since then is in custody. 3. On instruction of the petitioner, Mr. M Rahman, learned counsel prays for withdrawal of this bail application. 4. Prayer is allowed. 5.
