The present application has been filed with a prayer for condoning the delay of 285 days in preferring the accompanying review petition. Mr. Ch. Robinchandra, learned counsel appearing for the respondent, submitted that the applicants have not explained the delay in detail by giving the number of days in processing the file for filing the review. Considering the submission advanced by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent and also on perusal of the record, this Court is satisfied that it will be in the interest of justice to allow this condonation application and to hear the accompanying review petition on merit. Accordingly, the present condonation application is allowed subject to payment of costs of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) to the High Court Bar Association of Manipur.
