The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Mahuwatand P.S. Case No. 45 of 2020, corresponding to G.R. No.1336 of 2020, for the offences registered under Sections 302/201/34 of the I.P.C. and Cognizance has been taken under Section 302, 201 and 120B/34 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of Sri Rajesh Ranjan Kumar, learned J. M. 1st Class, Bermo at Tenughat. On 25.10.2020, son of the informant Mukesh Mahto and his cousin Deepak Kumar Mahto had gone to Andhra Bank, Ramgarh. Thereafter, he went missing. During the course of investigation, co-accused Deepak Kumar Mahto was apprehended. He confessed his guilt of having murdered Mukesh Mahto. The name of the petitioner has transpired in his confession. It was submitted that similarly situated co-accused Rakesh Kumar Sahu has been granted bail by this Court vide B.A. No.11938 of 2021 by order dated 03.01.2022. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Rajesh Ranjan Kumar, learned J. M. 1st Class, Bermo at Tenughat or his successor, in connection with Mahuwatand P.S. Case No. 45 of 2020, corresponding to G.R. No.1336 of 2020. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Jay/-
