This writ petition has been filed, inter alia, for the following relief : "I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to provide protection so the petitioner so he may construct his house in his land measuring Arazi No. 13/2, area 0.423 hectare situated at Mauza Rajpur, Pargana and Tehsil- Zamania, District- Ghazipur." 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents submits that it does appear that some of the private respondents are causing disturbance to the petitioner and not allowing the petitioner to construct the house on the land belonging to the petitioner. 5. In light of the same, the authorities concerned are directed to comply with the order passed by the Additional District Magistrate (Finance), Ghazipur dated 19th December, 2024. 6. The police authorities are directed to act in accordance with law and provide assistance to the petitioner, if necessary. 7. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
