None has appeared on behalf of the petitioners to press the writ petition. 3. This Court vide order dated 03.12.2024 issued card notices to the petitioners to engage another counsel due to death of earlier counsel Sri S. Mirza, who was appearing for the petitioners. 4. The office report dated 04.02.2025 provides that the card notice sent to the petitioner no.1 through registered post has returned with the remark that the recipient is dead. It also provides that the card notice sent to the petitioner no.2 through registered post did not return and the service of card notice upon the petitioner has been presumed sufficient, as per the provisions of the Rules of the Court. 5. The matter is an old one pertaining to the year 1993. It appears that by efflux of time, petitioner no.2 has lost interest in pursuing the case any more. 6.
