From perusal of record, it transpires that the matter was referred for mediation by order of this Court dated 22.12.2017, but there is no report of mediation centre about fate of the mediation. 3. Supplementary affidavit bearing CMA No.127056 of 2019 is on record, wherein in para-2 it is stated that compromise has taken place in between petitioner and opposite party no.2 and matter has been settled outside the Court. Copy of the compromise is part of the supplementary affidavit. 4. None of the parties has put in their appearance. They are not responding even today, despite repeated calls, therefore, the present application is dismissed in default. 5. Interim order, if any stands vacated.
