2 The Court made the following order: The present writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondents in seeking to dispossess the petitioners from the land admeasuring to an extent of Ac.0.05 cents each in Sy.No.210/1 of Kalluru Village, Pulicherla Mandal, Chittoor District, without issuing any notice. Learned counsel for the petitioners contended that, the petitioners are in possession of the subject lands and that the Tahsildar had issued a possession certificate dated 21.04.2023, in their favor. He would further contend that, the Thasildar, highhandedly issued a notice dated 27^01.2025, stating that the subject lands are recorded in the name of third parties and
directed the petitioners to submit their explanation. It is the further case of the petitioners that, in pursuance of the said notice, they appeared before the Tahsildar, along with all the records. However, without passing any orders on the show cause notice, the Tahsildar is now trying to dispossess the petitioners from the

3 subject lands. Aggrieved by the said action, the present writ petition came to be filed.
4. On the other hand, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue would submit that the petitioners have any explanation as contended by them. He further submits that, if any such explanation had been not submitted submitted, the authorities would have passed appropriate orders. revenue
5. In view of the above submissions, this Court is inclined to dispose of the writ petition by passing the following order; (i). The petitioners are directed to submit their to the notice dated 27.01.2025, within explanation a period of two (02) weeks from today and thereafter, the respondent is directed to take appropriate decision in the matter after conducting an enquiry by affording opportunity of being heard to the petitioners. (ii). Till then, the 3'^^ respondent is
directed not to dispossess the petitioners from the land admeasuring of Ac.0.05 cents each in Sy.No.210/1 of Kalluru Village Pulicherla Mandal, Chittoor District. an extent

6. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
