Case No.131 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 118(1), 118(2), 103(1), 61 and 3(5) of the B.N.S, 2023, pending in the Court of Ms. Jenish Minz, learned Judicial Magistrate-XIV, Ranchi. On 11.10.2024, the petitioner along with co-accused persons came to the house of the informant and thereafter, they brutally assaulted his father due to which he succumbed to his injuries. Statement of the victim Sujata Singh has been recorded under Section 180 of the B.N.S.S. in which, she has been specifically stated that the petitioner has given rod blow on the head of the deceased, due to which he succumbed to his injuries. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Jay/-
