The petitioner alleges that in spite of having been provided an allotment letter and possession letter, the sale deed has not been executed and got registered by the Lucknow Development Authority till date. Let the Vice Chairman, Lucknow Development Authority get the matter enquired, and based thereon, take suitable decision i.e. if he finds that there is no impediment in executing the sale deed, then he shall ensure that it is executed at the earliest but as per law. However, if he finds that there is an impediment, legal or otherwise, then he shall communicate the same in writing to the petitioner. This exercise shall be completed within a period of one month. The writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
